Celia Dorr is encouraged by the resilience of the people on the North Shore of Lake Pontchartrain and is looking forward to becoming a Louisiana resident. She learned how to cope with life’s basics and making the best of the resources on hand, and still she will stay because she sees so much good that has come from one of the worst storms in history. It is simply another stepping stone to growth both for her and for the area. Like her clients, Celia remains adapatable and open to new opportunities.
